In France TRIHOM is present with 7 training centres and 6 training antennas in wich are locate specialized schools dedicated to nuclear and metal industry jobs.
TRIHOM has around 100 trainers as well as a team and a network of consultants in training engineering.

Our activities :

Vocational training for companies participants in the nuclear industry and in hostile environments in such domains as risks prevention, nuclear safety, quality insurance, maintenance and logistic on working sites.
Those trainings mainly mandatory and statutory are listed in a catalogue and represent the main activity of the company.
Mainly dedicated to nuclear providers (workers), trainings are now reaching a majority of contractors executive and managerial staffs.

Engineering and consulting on training and Strategic Workforce Planning approaches.

Conception of trainings modules and learning pathways.
Activities implemented with HR specialists of the AREVA group for all employees.

Training for professional’s trainers and Knowledge Management.
For individual with mentoring or training responsibilities as well as for all manager, project manager, expert, senior, specialist responsible for an experience transfer project.

On site consulting (safety, radiation protection, quality and specific technical competencies…).
